It wears off your legs in the first 6 hours, but nothing really happens and then you are challenged by the hardest hour of racing there is. Poggio is my favourite climb. If your position in the peloton is good enough at the bottom, you have a chance of being with the best at the top. I hope to win in Sanremo one day.”

#project2022 – paint the 33 race jerseys of the 2022 cycling season as MINIATURES. All these pieces will be framed, hung AND available for purchase!
Currently you are able to visit the @velodrom.cc shop in Girona (and now Barcelona), and see these pieces in person.
Each jersey measures just under 30mm in diameter, is painted in watercolour @winsorandnewton on a cold pressed sheet of @arches which is 10cm x 10cm.
The larger frame measures 33 cm by 33 cm which is a light teak wood- the smaller frame housing the painting is 11cm by 11cm. The glass is of the highest quality- virtually eliminating as much reflection as possible and filtering up to 70% of UV rays.
